Thomas Hellhake

After studying at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität, Thomas Hellhake was admitted as lawyer to the Munich bar in 1989 and has specialised in franchising and intellectual property law since 1993. He is a member of the German Franchise Association. He advises and represents well-known franchisors and industrial companies, some clients for more than 25 years.

In addition, Mr Thomas Hellhake advises on inheritance law and property rights succession and has many years of experience as an executor of wills.
